It looks like maplecounty.ocsbe.com. Your administrator was given it when the agency was provisioned, and it is the only page your account works on.

FIND YOUR AGENCY
Type part of your department's name. If it is on the platform, this takes you to its sign-in page.
Two characters or more. The directory holds the agency’s name, its short name and its jurisdiction, so MCPD finds Maple County as readily as Maple does.
An account belongs to one agency
Signing in at another department's address is refused even when the password is correct, and the refusal does not say which agency the account does belong to.
Accounts come from your administrator
There is no sign-up here and no password reset. Your administrator creates the account and hands over a one-time password, which you change on first use.
